The title of the Agency has never been revealed (come on Kevin, give us some help here!). Though it was always known that Phil worked for the agency, the fans assumed that was a joke (like Aaron said), so that Ethan wouldn't think that Phil was actually a loser living in his mom's basement (Aaron: Took the line right off the script!). The Agency was first mentioned in Episode 7, and was last mentioned in The Ceiling Fan Clause.
The Agency has some known enemy companies, such as:
